Not at all. While I specialise in luxury, fashion and lifestyle, I also work with independent retailers across sectors where there’s room to grow online.

Can you take on small projects, or do you only work on retainers?

Both. Many clients start with a smaller project (like a product page redesign, an app integration, or an audit) which often grows into a longer-term partnership.

What’s the usual way to get started?

Most projects start with a free 20-minute health check or a quick audit. From there, we’ll agree the priorities for the next 90 days.

Do you outsource design or development work?

No — everything is done by me, end to end. That way nothing gets lost in translation and timelines stay short.

How quickly can you begin work?

I keep lead times short and flexible. Depending on the project, I can usually start within 1–2 weeks.

Do you work with Shopify Plus?

Yes — I’m a Shopify Partner with nearly 8 years of hands-on experience, including Shopify Plus stores.

Do you also handle email marketing?

Yes — I’m a Klaviyo Partner and build automated flows, campaign strategy and design that increase retention and LTV.

What does pricing look like?

I work transparently, with no hidden extras. Pricing is based on the scope: fixed for defined projects, or flexible retainers if you prefer ongoing support.
