    • Defined a clear DTC growth strategy aligned with Hudson’s commercial goals.
    • Reverse-engineered an ambitious 70% sales growth target into actionable levers: traffic, conversion, usability, and brand experience.
    • Implemented design improvements and optimisations that balanced conversion with Hudson’s premium positioning.
    • Acted as Technical Director, overseeing execution across the internal team, Fresh Lab services, and external partners — ensuring costs were transparent and solutions were fit-for-purpose.

    RESULT:

    Within 12 months, the business not only hit but exceeded its 70% sales growth target. The website evolved from an afterthought into a thriving revenue channel, strengthening Hudson’s brand presence online and establishing DTC as a core pillar of the business.
